Imagine you are swimming along peacfully with your pod. Suddenly, nets are thrown around you. Yiour trapped in an enviroment that you don't know with at least seven other orcas. This is the tale of Bjossa, one of the orcas that resided at the Vancouver Aquarium before death.

Bjossa and Finna were the Vancouver Aquarium in British Columbia, Canada, prized orcas. Their pen underwent a re-vamping from a 70's style tank to a west coast styled tank. Two pools (plus a medical pool) made up this new enviroment. This is where a young, 3-year-old girl named Michelle (Now nicknamed Kikia in dispise of her name) became engulfed in loving orcas. She vwed to get an orca tattoo on her ankle when she was 14-years-old. Her mom can't wait to see that happen. (Sarcasum there)

After Finna's death in October of1997, the Vancouver Aquarium serched for a new tank-mate for Bjossa the orca and White Wings the dolphan. Sadley, there was no luck.

Bjossa was then moved to Seaworld Calafornia to preform there and be happy.

Sadley, Bjossa died at seaworld in October of 2001. Bjossa died exsactly 5 years after Finna, leaving Tokitae the last remaining orca of "The Great Capture"

Bjossa was the last orca at the Vancouver Aquarium. After her shipment to Seaworld Calafornia, the Vancouver Aquarium made her tank into two different ones. One to hold the Sea Lions and one to hold the new dolphan, Spinnicker.
